You can delete your Eduba account at any time. Send a request from the email address linked to your account. We usually process requests within 30 days.
Active subscription? Cancel your subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play before or after deleting your account. Deleting your Eduba account does not cancel store billing automatically.
What we delete
- Your profile (name, email, and account credentials)
- Library, flashcards, progress, and streak data tied to your account
- App usage data stored for your account
We may keep minimal records only where required by law (for example, payment or fraud-related logs from app stores).
Request deletion
Enter the email you use to sign in to Eduba. Your email app will open with a pre-filled message — send it to complete your request.
